Reservation and Order Terms

1. Who we are
These Terms are between you and Droneforce LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company located at 30 North Gould Street, Suite N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, which operates droneforce.io.
2. What a reservation fee is (and is not)
A reservation fee buys you a place in the production queue. It is not a down payment, not a purchase of an aircraft, and not a commitment by Droneforce to sell to you. It does not create a sale of goods.
3. Reservation fee
Amount: $250. Refundable in full on your request at any time before your configuration is locked. Request a refund by e-mail at [email protected]. Refunds are processed within seven (7) business days.
4. Order fee
When your configuration locks and a production slot is assigned, we will notify you in writing. If you accept, an order fee applies and becomes earned and non-refundable at that point. We will state the order fee amount in that written notice before you accept it.
5. Your right to cancel
You may cancel at any time before delivery. If you cancel before the earned point, the reservation fee is refunded in full. If you cancel after the earned point, we may retain the order fee as liquidated damages, to the extent not otherwise prohibited by law.
6. Delivery is an estimate
Any delivery or availability window we publish is an estimate, not a guarantee. We will confirm your build slot within 30 days of your reservation. If we cannot deliver within the window we confirm to you, we will contact you and offer you the choice to accept a revised date or cancel for a full refund. You may cancel at any time after a revised date and before shipment.
7. If we cancel
We may cancel your order and refund all amounts paid if we discontinue a product, feature, or option; if a specification changes materially; or if your order does not clear export or sanctions screening.
8. Export control and sanctions
No offer is made to any person in a destination subject to U.S. export-control restrictions. You represent that you are a U.S. person, that you are located in the United States, that the aircraft will not be exported, re-exported, or transferred contrary to U.S. law, and that you are not a denied or blocked party. No order is accepted until our screening is complete. We may refuse or cancel any order that does not clear screening, and we will refund in full.
9. Product description
Aircraft are sold by the configuration shown on your order summary. Specifications stated on the site are targets or design parameters unless expressly stated as flight-verified.
10. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy under these Terms is reimbursement of amounts you paid to Droneforce.
11. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms waives any right you have under applicable law, including any statutory cancellation right.
12. Disputes
Resolution of disputes is being finalized with counsel. Until these Terms are final, nothing in them limits any right you have under applicable law.
